tested according to UNI EN ISO 10360-2 standards.
The indicated performance is valid under the following conditions:
- PH10T/M/PH20-TP20/TP200: SF module, stylus Ø4 mm x 10 mm
- L = measurement length in mm
- Multiprobe thermal compensation (Optional)
- Ambient temperature conditions: T: 18 to 22 °C; Maximum gradients: 0.5 °K/h - 2.0 °K/24h - 0.5 °K/m
