No matter what the size, shape or materials of the workpieces, the FlexFix series will offer complete fixing solution.     Workpiece fixing solution   The FlexFix series coordinates measuring machine fixture is applied in aviation, automobile, electronics, or medical industries. We are offering complete solution, to satisfy all workpiece fixing requirement     The series is offering M6 or M8 screws for option, together with the fast combination fixture kits. All the components are able to combined easily and fast, no need for extra tools, largely increase the fixing efficiency of measuring.   The base board is laser printed with codes, users are able to use these codes for standard programming and recording, increase the repeatability of the fixing, eliminating the measuring error caused by the fixing offset. Increase the accuracy and repeatability of the measuring result.     Advanced machining and surface processing   The FlexFix series coordinates fixtures are using CNC machining technology, base boards are using hard anodizing for the surface processing, flatness is under 0.05mm(Within 500mm).
