Verisurf has announced a new value priced model of its portable shop-floor inspection solution. The complete shop-floor inspection solution includes everything needed to begin in-process and first article inspections and reporting right out of the box including Verisurf Inspection Suite software, Verisurf online training and Master3DGage portable CMM.
The Verisurf Inspection Suite, included in the system, is part of the newly released Verisurf 2020 software, the only measurement, inspection, and reverse engineering software dedicated to Model-Based Definition (MBD) and built on a CAD/CAM platform. This enables greater compatibility, workflow integration, and more complete end-to-end solutions for customers. Verisurf software is committed to open platform compatibility, which means it supports all popular CAD file formats and also can run on virtually any CMM.

The Master3DGage portable CMM is a proven device in its third generation. The complete hardware and software solution delivers automated ‘in-process’ inspection right to the shop-floor, providing first article inspection and reporting in minutes. Both the hardware and software are expandable; the Master3DGage also offers an optional non-contact laser scanner, interchangeable with tactile probes, further expanding application flexibility including reverse engineering. Additional Verisurf software suites can also be added.
